Zing Zang Seafood Stew

1 tsp. Diced Garlic
1 cup Chopped Celery
1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
.75 cup Chopped Yellow Onion
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 – 14.5 oz. can Chopped Tomatoes
10 oz. Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix
1 cup Frozen Cut Okra
12 oz. Assorted Cooked Seafood (shrimp, cod, crab flavored flake style fish, crawfish, etc.)
1.5 cups Cooked Rice

In a large pot, saute garlic, celery, green pepper, and onion in oil; stir in cornstarch. Add the undrained tomatoes and Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix all at once. Cook and stir till bubbly; add okra. Bring mixture to boiling, reduce heat, cover; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in seafood mixture and cooked rice. Simmer until heated through. May need to add additional liquid (Zing Zang or water). Stir and serve.

Yield: About 7 cups or 4 main dish servings.
